Quality Control System: Guaranteeing Craftsmanship and Consistency

 

 

At Anhui Kailijin Home Technology, we firmly believe that consistent product quality is the core of our brand reputation. To this end, we have established a full-process quality control system that covers every link from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.

 

Carefully Selected Raw Materials
• Board Material Selection Criteria: All base materials (such as plywood, particle board, and solid wood) must meet environmental standards (E0/E1) and require third-party testing reports. We work with fixed suppliers on a long-term basis to ensure batch consistency.

• Finishing and Edge Banding Materials: All finishes must pass scratch and high-temperature resistance tests. Edge banding glue is imported from Germany to prevent future debonding and cracking.

 

Precision Processing Equipment
We utilize CNC routers, laser cutting equipment, automatic edge banding machines, and CNC drilling systems to achieve processing accuracy within ±0.3mm.

All production data is centrally managed through our ERP system, ensuring consistent dimensions and structure across orders.

Automated equipment reduces human error, ensuring optimal assembly fit and aesthetics.

 

Multiple Quality Inspection Processes
We have established the following key quality inspection nodes:

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspects board thickness, moisture content, and environmental rating, and records batch information.

• In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Workshop quality inspectors monitor key processes throughout, such as edge banding, hole drilling, and drilling alignment, and promptly rework any anomalies.

• Final Product Quality Control (FQC): Checks structural integrity, surface finish, color consistency, and assembly accuracy.

• Pre-Packaging Quality Control (OQC): Products are randomly sampled to review specifications, dimensions, and packaging security to ensure safe transportation.

 

Installation Simulation Testing
We set up a simulated installation area and conduct a complete assembly test on selected order samples to verify cabinet verticality, smooth door opening, and proper hardware installation. This testing allows us to identify design or manufacturing errors in advance, preventing customer complaints at the source.

 

Supporting Third-Party Inspection and Customer Factory Inspection
We welcome customers to entrust third-party organizations such as SGS, TÜV, and BV to conduct factory inspections. We also welcome in-person factory inspections by customer teams or purchasing representatives in China. All test reports and factory quality inspection records are available for review, ensuring full process traceability and quantifiable quality.
